Personally i have watched a lot of Self improvement videos, but i have not ones come across to something this straightforward and knowledgeable before keep it up its fantastic♤
I am eleven and this is helpful but the nutrition segment i need help with because i am i only child of a single mother and she doesn’t know what i should eat maybe respond with some advice please
Fruits:bananas, apples, oranges, pineapple, n avocado Veggies: Spinach, kale, asparagus, cabbage, all leafy greens Starches: Brown rice, baked potatoes, black beans Nuts: cashews, almonds, Brazil nuts(These are filled with zinc)
Bro this is just for west black men I'm a 100% east African we have slow muscle twitch east Africans don't have good muscle genetics but without hard work even with good genetics you wont get muscles
Not entirely true bro we’re skinny yes but when we work out we end up with a nice ripped beach body not like west Africans they look jacked af . It’s mostly about hard work but yes genetics do play a part. I was skinny af 130 and 6’1 now I’m 185 and looking amazing alhamdulilah
