As a 41 year old woman sometimes I feel kind of silly watching your videos but honestly I am not great at minimalist styling and you are so good at it. Such a testament to how universal your advice is. Also you are nothing like I was in my 20s, I was a trainwreck and didn't have my life together until I was at least 30. It's very commendable and I find myself in awe of how together you are.
Hey Kate, I'm 58 and love your style. Ive been curating for a couple of years now and decluttered so many items that just dont fit anymore. It's so much easier dressing in the morning. Thank you for being one of my style mentors, as young as you are you have far more class than I ever did at similar age.
Thanks for this video, it was very useful. I am almost 30 but still struggle to put outfits together but watching ur videos for years now I realised it is because I mostly buy trending pieces rather then capsule piece. Hope I will lose this bad habit 😂 Xx

If you get a lot of wear out of your white trainers get a black pair too i have a white pair with black stripes and a black pair with white stripes in the Adidas and i use both of them a lot sometimes a stark white trainer is not what the outfit needs but you still want the comfort of a trainer and the casual look of a trainer the blacks one come in so handy then especially in autumn and winter time ❤
Videos like this are helping me so much as a new mom with nothing on my wardrobe fitting me and having to buy everything as if I have no clothes at all 😂
