Best explanation for a league bag on RU-vid. Thank you showing why bowlers need these options instead of suggesting to buy bowling balls. As a lower rev 2 hander I bag: Black Venom VIP Sigma Hustle Rip I keep my speed slow but I like using all kinds of speeds and releases.

As a lefty stroker I go with Absolute power, Sublime, and Xponent pearl .

Luis, such shots where your ball isn't matched up well with the lane (due to lack of transition) makes for excellent study footage for many of us typical house bowlers - it helps us capture the nuances of our ball motion, understand the mechanics at play (from your commentary), and to learn how to adjust. So please don't apologize for these shots that look bad, it makes for great learning! Hell yeah, i feel like i caused this video lol! I know most house shots are different, but i think the bigger asyms are going to be better because they allow more room to miss for the typical league bowlers. Right now in my bag for league that starts in a few weeks i have a Harsh Reality, Zen Gold, and IQ Ruby. In my other bag if i need them, I have a Summit, Summit Peak, and VEBO. My house likes to flood with oil and there are quite a few "old timers" in the league, and many in the league throw only urethane so i was trying to build my bags based on the high volume oil house as well as different pairs i may be up against causing different transition times and different shapes during the transitions. Overall, love the video.

I didn't have any options below my Zen the other night and I paid the price. Now I'm bringing a Raw Hammer or Ruby to league in addition to my Infinite Physix and Zen.

Both look good, I mean depending on what you see in practice can prob judge which to start with. I like to have a little fun w my league arsenal, so right now I’m actually in the process of retiring my 3 league balls, which were a Reality Dark Night, Black Idol Pearl, and a 1500 grit Idol Cosmos. Replacing them with a Gold Idol Pearl, Physix Inspire, and the new Optimum Idol. The Idol line has become my all time favorite line, as you can obviously see, so I was happy to see them release the Optimum.

I think you’ve mentioned that you were working on your physical game recently but it’s looking improved in this video for sure. I noticed right away it looked different but not sure what it is specifically. 👍🏻

Hey Luis! My league bag is currently 4 balls - Phaze 2 / Duo / Hustle M-M / Pitch Black. I like to shape it into the pocket, but if I am shooting for score, I just cut my angles and chuck my Pitch Black straight down the 4 board. Urethang on everythang!

My current 3 ball league bag is a Phase 2, RST-X2, and an IQ emerald.

What do we need to do for you to do a Nationals practice session so we can see what to bring? That would be awesome even though I know the front house plays different we can get an idea...

The Sublime got so short changed last year! Just bought one. It impressed me way more than every other ball at the MatchMaker live event. Journey was a close second. Other balls: Optimum Idol Attention Star Summit Peak Harsh Reality Absolute Power DNA Coil

THS varies from house to house. For heavier patterns I throw Sublime, Vebo, Journey/Xponent. For the standard volume I throw Vebo, Journey, Absolute. For light oil I throw Journey, Xponent, Absolute. And for the bullshit at my home center, I throw Purple hammer, Journey, Xponent

Love the video! I was fortunate enough to get a Alpha Crux this season off a friend who didnt match up with it. It replaced my Reality which was a little too much with our higher ratio. Then i still love my Altered Reality and Hy-Road Pearl at the bottom of my bag. Been a nice combination

Luis how are you? Great video question for you. Would you apply these tips when it comes to building an arsenal when you are bowling open play? Also, what about sport shots and depended on the sports shots plus ever going to an actual tournament? If you may be able to do a similar video to this with a different variation of patterns and situations that be great. Take care thank you again.

Wrap 10's the move is usually to the right (for right hand bowlers).

You mentioned when to switch to the next ball in the bag, but what would be your suggestions on how to line up with the next ball. Is it comfortability with the next ball? Same line and see how it reacts (as examples).

2hander here. Plastic up 10 is highly underrated and over hated

Last Thursday i had a two handed lefty on my line using URETHANE 😢. He took me out of my Nova immediately and it was too early for the Gold Label. My eternity DIED out of nowhere and i am now in need of a middle of the bag ball. So would i do better with the new Idol, Phaze 2 or a different ball. I am a lefty stroker who really uses hand positioning over speed on my release. I bowled awful due to lack of proper equipment for sure.

Have you tried the Absolute power or Attention star pin down?

Im a higher rev player so i typically have a Phaze 2, !Q Tour Solid, and a Track Tundra Fire for the burn.

@Luis, I still rock some older equipment (Omega Crux, Parallax, Phaze III, etc.) and most 4-man and 5-man league nights I never transition out of the bigger balls. This might sound like a godsend for some bowlers, but honestly, I feel guilty for bringing so many balls to league and not using them. I feel like picking up some of the newer releases, but at the same time I don't want to abandon my tried and true pieces. Is this a normal feeling? Have you or anyone you know ever experienced this? Do you have any ideas for which new releases will compliment an Omega Crux or even a Zen? Thanks.

My 6 balk is summit, black widow 2.0 hybrid, idol cosmos, revenant (depening on house i use a hussle ink) , purple hammer, and a white dot. If I have to only bring 3 I'm going summit idol cosmos and spare ball

At the bottom of my bag I'm still pulling out the Hustle Camo. If the lane conditions fit I've never thrown a more consistent ball for my game.

I unknowingly assembled a 900 global arsenal: Eternity Pi, Sublime, Xponent Pearl. I think I will hit Sublime with 3k. I haven’t decided if I want to break the box finish on the XP. Thinking 4/5k surface

any opinion for layouts for arsenal? I'm upper 300's revs, slightly speed dominant, but not much (19 off hand, read on monitor around 16.5 for speed). transition ball further, closer, or the same for pin to PAP? Any layout difference between assym and symmetric for arsenal?
