This under-bed drawer covers all the bases; Roll it out for access and roll it back in when you’re done. FULL PROJECT PLANS: www.familyhandyman.com/woodworking/projects/how-to-make-an-under-bed-storage-drawer/
The link goes to some garbage page that doesn't have project plans but has ads for cheap wayfair products, the page itself can be found at some obscure msn page that wraps the actual article.
what is keeping the drawers from moving side to side? Is there any type of frame holding it in line under the bed or can they wiggle back and forth and pull out all the way. Very cool idea. this setup would save me alot of money for a project I intended to use ball bearing drawer slides for. thank you!
While these might stay generally straight, you can see the drawers are very widely spaced at the end of the video. This might sadly be a clue that the drawers won't stay very straight. So a bottom track system might be necessary to to keep the drawers in line. Something flat and sturdy would be best as it can only be attached at the end.
Good process. I have two kitchen drawers to build for a Property Manager this weekend. All the time and attention needed for good ones are surprisingly expensive. On the bed thing, you'd be better off buying plastic walmart plastic under bed roller tubs for $12. I just found your channel. Good presentations.
