Join me for a heartfelt interview with Fauzan Al-Rasyid, a Jakarta-based News Producer and Host, who has a Master's degree in Linguistics from Universitas Indonesia. Fauzan is a very talented person adored by many, but he’s also a cherished friend of mine since 2014 and my very first connection in Indonesia.
In this conversation, we reminisced about our first meeting, shared experiences that shaped our bond, and dove into how we found out and built our passions. It includes my love for Indonesia and Fauzan's enchantment with Russia (he even received an Appreciation and Official Recognition for his contribution to the expansion of Russian-Indonesian humanitarian cooperation).
Other than that, we also shared travel stories and discussed essential career-building qualities and strategies to achieve success in business and life!

So thank you for Tania and Fauzan. I think the conclusion to get to know our passion is to give us time to think about what our habit is. And do what you love and consistency but what I learnt too here is sometimes we need to take a chance to do something out of our comfort zone to see the result when we believe it good for ourselves. So yeah I learnt a lot after watching this video and also from other media from Tania gromenko accounts. Thank you once more ❤ I wish I can be successful as you both guys 😊

what an inspring talk, kudos to Fauzan and Tania. It hit me when they talk "Many people don't want to try and give him/her best, eventhough it might be wrong, they always felt not good enough" I see myself, i don't build network because i'm not good enough, that's ny concern.

Building a network is a gradual process, and it's okay to make mistakes along the way. What matters most is the effort you put into learning and growing. Don't let self-doubt hold you back. You are more capable than you think, and every step you take is a valuable part of your journey.
