This video is the first in a series that investigates the causes of confidence and trust issues people can have with their horses. Although having a bad experience or fall from a horse can be a trigger to experience fear and a loss of confidence and trust with a horse but it is more complex than that.
This series looks at the findings of a simple study that reveal potential "gaps" in practical things people can DO to help build their confidence and trust back and return to finding joy and not anxiety with their horses.
