There is a reason why the things you have done so far have not helped you get over your confidence issues with you horse. It is because it is complex. It is more than fear and way more than just visualising, breathing or getting riding lessons.
I have spent the last 10 years researching, experimenting and practicing building confidence and trust in people and horses. Covid has stopped me from sharing this pathway in clinics and coaching but it has allowed me to time to sit down and document the process for people all over the world to benefit from.
From the 8-15 October I am running a Challenge to kick start my group members into a new time in life where they make inroads into their levels of confidence and trust in their horse.
