Thank you from a beginner roller mama! This is really helpful! I'm curious, do you do any other fitness/exercises regularly, besides skating of course.

Thank you! 💓 Since having my last (5th!) kiddo about 16 months ago I have primarily skated. I kept trying to start up more strength training exercises but it’s been hard to find the time. I am doing some weights and and strength training stuff now and I love staying active. Bike riding, skate boarding, HIIT workouts, weight training. Building up strength is an excellent way to get better at Roller Skating. Hope this answers your question. 💜

when I did the last exercise I had a hard time keeping my spine flat. I found my lower back rising. Is that ok? I also had a sore lower back this morning. I am not sure I was keeping my spine flat correctly. ????

Soreness can definitely happen and it can take practice as well as time to build up strength in order to keep your back flat. I continuously remind myself of posture. Also you can try without the weight of skates at first to build up at a slower pace. 💜
