I've gotten no where on social media.. I've posted reels, before and afters, paid ads, tiktok but nothing. I feel like I'm turning more into a content creator than esthetician and that's not what I wanted :(
I know I don’t love posting on social media all the time too because it is hard finding/thinking about content when I just want to focus on the client. Keeping up with a social media presence is important though because everyone uses it now and it’s a good way to get your name out there!
hi would you invest at the beginning in the ambiance or services? currently i’m concentrating on waxing, primarily men, and massage. adding facials soon but i think ambiance might help me feel confident in bring ppl. i do it out of my converted garage . thank you, very informative vid.
Love it! So as far as when family/friends come to you-this is something Ive been nervous about and probably don't need to be but do you give them a discount? And I had another question but I forgot, haha, expect another comment when I remember randomly today!
lol I do not give them discounts no (sometimes free brow waxes but that’s it) this is hard but I stand my ground and explain to everyone if they want to come get expensive services in a building where my rent is very high you gotta pay! 😁
