Your fence on the office is actually a perfectly legal building technique. Sliding tiles in between studs is perfectly fine. If you were to slide plates in between the studs, that would be illegal.

you should add a grave yard, silver mine, TNT shop, blacksmith, arms dealer, calvary camp, wagon barn (shop), horse stable, and a train station.
