I like this video - short and sweet, covering the minimum needed to build and sign a raw tx. To broadcast in code, you would need to push to a 3rd party API or use a local *coind node.

Thanks man for the vid..btw do you have any idea to get top 100 BTC adress and its balances from bitcoin core?

Bitcoin core is meant to be a client; to make a rich list or top 100 you have to parse each block keeping track of inputs and outputs. The parsing needs to be done in a database, a layer on top of bitcoin, so you can keep track of balances. Once the whole chain has been parsed you can order outputs by balance assuming you used a relational database. Naturally this parsing can take a long time and requires you to write looping scripts using bitcoin RPC API to fetch each block and read each tx.

No it is not. More about how to implement bitcoin in a website. It's outdated (written 7 years ago) and focuses on the LAMP stack.
