All of your videos have been so helpful. My osteo doc said I could only ever exercise on a stationary bike or in a swimming pool - both of which I do not like, so didn't do. Finally decided to get a treadmill again and it was the best idea ever. Yeah, there's no cartilage in my knees (though there is some Durolane that really helps). But, really, he was wrong. The treadmill has allowed me to build that muscle back up so that I'm much more stable and can now power walk through the halls at work. And, now I've added the exercises you demonstrate. Thank you so much for what you do.

That is so awesome to hear Linda that you are doing awesome and were able to get back into walking! Thank you so much for sharing that! You absolutely have other options besides biking and swimming.

Well done Linda. Really helpful advice for me, on relation to missing cartilage on knee, hip and back arthritis, and the lovely new symptom of sciatica!

I'm 39 I have osteoporosis I was recently diagnosed I probably had osteoporosis or osteopenia in my mid 30s and never knew it , I started doing jumping exercises to help stimulate bone growth but I think because I started having so much fun jumping around jumping crazy like a frog I ended up hurting my knees so now my knees hurt and I can't jump right now but this seems like something I can definitely do until my knees get better but maybe I probably won't go back to jumping as high intense and as crazy as I was before I don't want to risk hurting my knees again but I do enjoy jumping

@@arthritisadventure oh no I think that's why my knee started hurting from not being used to jumping and then all of a sudden I start jumping without slowly building up to it, I definitely don't want to ruin my joints and have major knee problems in the future no no that's definitely something I want to avoid! I want to be able to exercise and walk pain-free for the rest of my life for sure strengthen my bones build up bone density 🙏🏻💪🏻 thank you for the article I will definitely think check it out thank you ❤️
