How to build the perfect survival shelter - From Simple Materials

I built a little cottage of simple materials at the spring water. The basis of this structure was dry trees, reeds, clay and stone. Primitive stone stove for heating and cooking. At night - night predators (a pack of JACKALS) ran to the smell of food. No living trees were damaged during the construction.

U've made an excellent survival place lots of room but I myself would've found a huge forest with lot's of trees and use the dead tree's to make yur home because the living trees will hide your house if anything was to happen this one wouldn't last but beautifully made tho only my opinion. 😎👍🇨🇦

Класс ! Но было бы лучше если бы была возможность сделать некий вариант ракетной печи.Чтобы за время приготовления пищи дымовые газы могли прогреть большой массив камней лежанки.А нагретые камни ночью грели бы спящего на лежанке человека.

My only concern with this shelter is keeping out burrowing animals like snakes, scorpions, etc. I'm guessing ticks and fleas aren't a problem there. I wish you had fire treated your corner posts to keep them from rotting. How are you going to keep rain water out?

Thanks for the comment! In fact, fire treatment of logs will not help against rotting, time-tested, sooner or later any log will rot, since it is an organically natural material

I can NOT understand why seemingly you seem to have built in a stream bed ? Also, wet rocks (from creek) EXPLODE 💥 when heated: goodby fireplace ?

Mountain stones do not explode when heated, I stoked the stove all night and nothing happened. Thanks for the comment! P.S. I heard that river smooth stones can explode when heated, but this has not happened in my practice.

May look good. But I would not have built a survival shelter that close to the water. He will flood out when it rains and that little creek swells. Not good thinking to me.
