There is an optional build that might do more damage but loses some early sustain. By taking Presence of Mind and building Yun Tal as the first item (Need to do some proper testing on this though). Otherwise this is exacttly as I saw Xayah's builds going next patch
When ravenous hydra was broken, I used to go it on xayah as a first item (everyone would go it as a first item cuz it was broken). But it felt really nice, they should honestly do that :3
Fun fact, here in China Adc's players (Not pro players super server) are recommended to use Tiamat when you are losing the lane or you are against hard poke (Let's say Cait+ Xerath or Lux), but this strategy only work with Adc that have dmg like the Xayah (W), (sorry I don't remember the name of that kind of dmg ) that can boost your Attack Speed while Attacking
