I am new to this channle and i am hooked.i want to enter local tournament in my kayak so i came to youtube to learn to build a live well and i found this video. You really helped to encourage me and i cant wait to see how my luck goes.
Good to see you competing. I'm an old guy, and wish I had started kayaking earlier. No fuss getting in and out of the water, simplicity in motion. Fun to be dragged around the lake by a big fish. Got to get off my can and get that troling motor installed. LOL
Great video. If you want more oxygen in the water to keep fish alive longer and a pvc 90 degree elbow with a 14inch pvc pipe piece with a cap. Then drill holes in the straight pipe all the way to the cap. My tracker tadpole has a cooler air 94 qt college live well. This addition has kept my fish alive for over 30years. Good luck. Keep casting👍
In my observation, it appears as though I would try a longer paddle or try a less aggressive angle on the paddle when going into the water. I am 5'9" and paddle in a malibu x-13 that's 28" wide. I believe it is alot narrower than yours. I run a carbon fiber ascend paddle. I don't know the length offhand. also i stop my paddle stroke once i get to my hip. it helps with tracking also. Another tip is if you want a quieter aerator there's one that runs off usb power so you could just use a small power bank and they are almost silent. I'd just throw an air stone on one of those and call it a day. they run about 13 bucks at aquarium coop. some are prone to failure after awhile so might want to bring a spare.
Hello Shaye. That was a video I like that. I really like your t-shirt designs I have to order me one. It's cool that you and your dad fish together that's father and son time. Take it easy and have a good one.
+Brody Stewart Thanks bud! Contemplating fishing a big pot tournament next weekend on Martin out of it but they’re wrecking them up there right now 😂 Might be a complete waste of $130. But if I did do good... 😂
Use your foot braces to help activate your core muscles. Reach forward at arms length with your strokes and pull directly back along side the boat until a natural exit at the rear. But most importantly, set those foot braces so you can use your legs to push off of and activate your core.
Love the videos man, can tell you put a lot of effort into the editing and production. Started kayaking maybe 6 months ago and have only started catching them recently. Been lookin around to upgrade it. But I tell you what man the mosquitos down in Florida are terrible I’m killin 2 per slap. Still ending with 20 bites an arm.
Hey man cool live well! I love the net idea, and did you say those are called a color ball? Can you link that product so I can check them out? Just in case I misunderstood, I'm asking about the colored thing you clipped to the fish. I have never seen anything like that. That's brilliant and would've come in handy for me yesterday!
Another great video Shaye! Hey man could you go over your camera setup? Im not lookin for RU-vid content per se, I've got more of a face for radio ya know. I mainly just want decent video without spending a ton of money
+Robert Chance thanks Robert! I primarily use GoPros. The original GoPro Session mostly. It’s pretty cheap now that all the new ones came out. You can find it at the link below. Does good with audio and its water proof without a housing. amzn.to/2zYsenk
Don't know much about losing weight because I feel like I'm gaining it daily lol, but you mentioned the sports drinks when you fast, look into Body Armor if you haven't already.
