This has too be the most ugliest, dirty beat E90 i have ever seen. I have the same color E90 with 194K miles on it and all OEM. This thing looks like junk! My god
@@mattvega8479 I own a 335i, not a 328i. Compression across all cylinders is roughly 189-192 alongside a 20,000$ list of modifications... I take care of all of my car's from the 72k miles when I bought it, to the 194k it has on it now and maintained in our shop. Maybe instead of worrying so much about your ECU rice tunes, you should consider maybe washing the damn car and un-painting the rims. It's gross how someone can ruin such a beautiful car. My god.
@@mattvega8479 What does his millage have to do with anything? I would rather have a high millage E90 335i then a low millage one as 9/10 they already have all recalls done including gaskets, water pump, turbos etc. The fact that he pulls that compression on that many miles just goes to show how much he takes care of his car, thats damn near factory. Your car looks like a junk E90 that you picked up from Co-parts for 500$. You waste time on your Rice MHD tunes and "burbles" lmao. Japanese guy, what mods do you have on your car and do you have any pics to share?
@@ThunderDomeGabberx Yes, i agree. Burbles people do for attention. No need for that..This matt person is just a little kid.... My engine has had it's engine out service here at our shop. Redone front main seals, rear main seals, oil housing, level 3 cooling kit/service "anything cooling has been replace", valve cover gasket, Heater core replace, transmission rebuild with PTP Kit for 700HP, valve body service and so on. Mods that have been done so far include but not limited too: SP - performance rotors, ClutchMasters flywheel, Wavetrac Limited Slip Differential, FF billet intake, Vargas Turbo Technologies "upgraded billet option" Twin turbos, CSF intercooler, upgraded inlets and outlets, duel fuel it LPFP upgrade alongside a stage 2 bucket "did not know basketless was a thing at the time", Precision Raceworks smart coils, VAC carbon fiber driveshaft, stage 3 XHP tune, port injection and the long list goes on from there. JB4 with custom maps "Thanks too my buddy given, my knowledge ends at making maps", tuned for 95 OCT not E85. The power gains are nice from it but, ethanol ruins and degrades seals very quickly, even more so when pushing so much boost so it is not exactly worth it considering the partial rebuild. here are some photos: ibb.co/qCwWjjz ibb.co/nDwx7dH ibb.co/tJv1p4g ibb.co/DgqFpxV ibb.co/7G0hMfy ibb.co/dt17Gk6 I don't enjoy the idea of Aftermarket upgrades to exterior, i personally love the OEM look! The only thing i did was spray my rims white and now, i have aftermarket turn signals. I hope you like it! Trying to find my dynos runs so i can send an image and or video but having trouble finding from my GDrive, Numbers are around 30psi of peak boost at 5600rpm 619HP at around 550 pound feet of torque before my tune was dialed back for a more comfy daily.
@@N54.S6 Holy mother of god that thing looks almost brand new. what the hell. 30 pounds of boost, sheesh man. For 190+k, that is so very clean. I assume it had to be repainted at some point as well given, my E92 is peeling clear coat all over now do too the hot sun of California. I would have never guessed how much work that thing has unless i looked under the hood. I see you even decided to go with a 5inch instead of a 7inch to avoid fitment of the front end to keep the OEM 335i sleeper haha! You must run diesel oil as well then along side a tuned cooling curve huh? No idea how you keep those turbos cool lol! That is awesome!
This is the most useful video I’ve found in terms of what I was trying to know about and want doing, thanks for doing it bro 🤜🤛 It is just a question that I need to ask before I go ahead and do it. So I have never ever mod anything and my 335i N55 2011 is stock but I just removed mufflers and I like the sound. Now, if I do this mod, what damages or side effects could this cause? I dont have much knowledge about mods/tunings. Appreciate you 🤜🤛
You’re welcome man, Thank you for watching. In terms of damage to your car only the Cats would suffer. That’s if there would be any noticeable damage at all. I had the burbles on max aggression for months only in sport mode with no issues before going catless..
This one doesn’t work on n52. Although i have seen some n52s with burble tune on the streets. Can only assume it’s from a modded exhaust and/or custom tune
YEEESSSS !thank you! I bought e93 and was looking for exhaust mods, but I live in California and it’s very strict here! This burbles sounds amazing, that’s the only thing I wanted for my car,mi didn’t know you can just make it with the app. Amazing
Pretty sure you’d have to login into his account on the mhd app and then connect to the car as usual, from there i would try to change the email address on the website so it would be under yours. Once the license is registered i believe it stays with the vin its used on. So you’d have to be in that account.
i am still trying to figure out what the weird rattling noise is when you rev it and let off, sounds like a rattle snake. my 535i does it and lowkey worries me. help me
but you also don’t need any bolt ons for the mhd tune, you can tune it stock and stage 1 without any mods, both tunes allow adjusting the wastegate setting.
it’s definitely still loud enough, it’s something you can do on stock but i wouldnt recommend doing it so often as i heard the cats and turbos might take the most damage. But i did it max aggression everytime i went to a car meet for 6 months before changing the cats (still in good shape). And my turbos have been rattling for years now still no problems with them holding 18psi. hope this helps bro.
When you first got the Thor WiFi dongle did you have to buy a license first to connect to it? Or was it in the WiFi list before you purchased any license to use it?
