That fridge trick on thickening the emulsion.....😊 Freaking sweet. Never would have thought of that. I'm just now after many years of printing spot colors....no halftones, solid colors. I'm gonna start playing around with halftones. Great video.

Since it’s not a dual cure emulsion, Will it still hold up good on longer print runs?

What's the PSI on your washer? And your emulsion coating is pretty thin isn't it? Where I work I'm standing 1/2 the distance as you using 2,000psi & it can take up to an hour to wash out screens. I've been thinking its because the emulsion is laid down thick & burning it for 65 seconds in the lightbox but I'm still new to all this.

An hour to wash the screen out??? Dude that is INSANE lol it should only take a few seconds maybe a minute if that

@@Conquered Right? Dysfunctional family business. The son would leave up to a cup's worth of ink in the screens after the job then the boss would leave the screens 2-5ft from the 950 degree flash heater for average a month before I could reclaim. Some screens they'd leave full of ink 3ft from the flash for 2 Years. Plus they use masking tape because they're too lazy & immature to cut that vinyl screen tape And they leave the masking tape on top of the 950 degree heaters then complain how crappy the tape sticks. And of course the masking tape would end up ripping the stencil so 2-3 days are lost reclaiming, coating, & burning out another screen.

Thanks for the video. We use chromoline blue. Is there a difference? Also what’s your dot shape and angle? Thanks.
