I have a challenge for you scott rea! Can you can make sasuage for under £2 ? TIP : In tesco they sell 500 grams of cooking bacon for 57p. And for rusk, use bread of stuffing. Do you accept?

Just ordered my copy, very very excited. I've amateur-butchered a home-slaughtered lamb, a store-bought whole goat, and a couple field-dressed and farm-raised rabbits, but having a proper guide on hand is going to help immensely with my confidence in what few skills I've worked on.

If you aren't doing this already, may I suggest you do this in Paper back on Amazon "publish on demand." My 501c3 does pop up art galleries in vacant storefronts in Newark, NJ. We do catalogues for the shows. Production costs are low, delivery is quick. We do our own design and layout

Already ordered my book back in March, can’t wait to receive it/use it for my first deer hunt in November! My question for you Scott, is that your deer butchering videos mainly involve fallow deer. I’m assuming your methods/tips also apply to butchering other species of deer like white tail? Is there any differences between species in terms of anatomy (other than the obvious)? I know it’s kind of a dumb question....Thanks again for all of your help!!

This is something I heard today. My friend works at a farm and he told me that they take the blood of a cow and cook it and feed it back to live cows, just curious if anyone had ever heard of this.

Awesome book, but $72AUD is a lot for a book to take out the back and get it covered in fat and myoglobin. Thankfully I am a trade qualified butcher, so I can just enjoy the pretty pictures.

I’m quite certain most people tuned in to watch Scott’s butchery skills or see him turn out another fascinating, mouth watering dish. Look, it’s Scott’s channel, he can do what he wants with it. I’m just trying to give him some feedback on what his viewer/subs like or don’t like. 🤜🤛
