I have a new video where I am explaining about period panties. We all should learn about this sustainable way of handling our periods. Watch the video here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-SliB6xyJV-k.html
Tq so much! After this video,I asked my mum if I could finally buy my first bra since im 12 she agreed and because of covid we had to do some online shopping instead but i found 3 that I liked so my mum bought them for me now im waiting for them to ship to my house im so excited!! Tqsm.
That is because the material is not suiting you. I always had itch when I used one particular style from jockey. I tried different brands. Now a days all good brands take good care of the fabrics they use. Try different ones n see. You must always go for cotton bras.they will absorb the sweat well. Use the bra for only one day before washing. If the problem still persists, consult a skin doctor.
I'm 17 years old and I've been wearing padded/lightly padded sports bras for 5 years now and it's starting to become unsustainable and uncomfortable. I measured and turned out to be a 26D but most brands don't seem to manufacture any band size below 32 :/ I really don't know what to do here.
I know most brands starting size is 32. That is sad. I get it. You need to try different types or different brands of sports bras. I noticed that clovia has different beginners bras. Try them
@@arpitharai thank you for the recommendation! I must mention, though, that beginner bras may fit my torso perfectly but the cup size is way too small making it very uncomfortable. On the other hand, I recently purchased a regular t-shirt bra that has the perfect cup size but the band is slightly too big on the last hook. I seem to face the same problem no matter which brand I look into. :(
@@beshriadurdana7499 I understand that. It's because every person grows in different way. The brands can not customise for each person so they have their own measurements to follow. They try to fit in as many body types as possible. Now coming to solve your issues, always look for correct cup size. You can add some stitched with hand to tighten the band. Or add extra hook loops so you can pull it more to hook it. Until you grow into basic sizes, you can try this. You can even buy elasticated band bras so they'll stretch to fit you according to your body. Hope that helps.

Many of you ask me so many questions about bras. I have created different videos answering your doubts. Planning to make more of these for you all. You can keep checking here: ow.ly/pS9k50EyAYQ
Yes. it does. It may leave marks or rash on your skin. Try the bra and make sure it is comfortable in all the ways. These sports bras are supposed to be work for sport activity. You will sweat and it will get uncomfortable if there is any small issue.
Maine abhi tak apni first bra nhi li h aur mujhe lena h toh uske liye size chahiye hogi toh mai bra size camisole pehan kr size le skti hu? Mere paas bra nhi h....please batayiye....
When is the correct age to start wearing a bra? This is the most asked question. Many of us think that "my daughter can wear the bra when she is 16 years old. Until then let her be free" But that is the wrong way of thinking. Understand about the beginner's bra today: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Mpsx6ItuQUg.html
Hi mam I am 11 year old girl and I have gotten my 🌹 9 months ago I do karate so need support if I tell my mother for innerwear she gives me a slip to wear under my T-shirt I need support but slips don’t give me proper support and my breast buds are also see through CAN u tell me how to tell my mother indirectly that I need bra ? And please advise me which type of bra should I wear Please reply 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
To start with, sports bra is better. Easy to manage. No need to struggle with the hooks and all. Go for the simple design with out any fancy opening. The T-shirt style which you wear from top of the head is better.
Sports bra will be very comfortable to move around with. I'm guessing you are a teenager. Around this age, I can imagine your active life compared to the grown ups. Sports bra is best suited for that active life.. once you grow little more, you can plan different kind of bras made for different kind of outfits 😊
Didi,my younger sister is developing breasts and she needs training bra. Im not close to my mum. I don't know how she will react me buying bra for sister.
Talk to her before buying. If you give her a bra suddenly, she may feel embarrassed and say no. If you are wearing a bra personally, you will know the need of it. explain the same in a nicer n calmer way. Tell her she is growing up and it's time for her to start wearing elder's clothes like bras. Involve her in buying by taking her to shop with you (if she prefers)
@@arpitharai 😅well. Younger sister didn't talk to me. don't like much. She don't talk to me. I told my elder sister and mum. They said she(younger sister) don't need it. Let her enjoy childhood. Why you want her to wear adult cloth......all I want is her comfort.. . . .I never wear training bra. Once one of my class mate said do you wear bra ? I said no. She said you should wear bra. Your nipples are visible and your breasts need bra. Before she pointing out I never knew I should wear bra.....
Lily Evans I didn't know the she doesn't speak to you 😊 good you thought about her. Let her realise by herself that she needs a bra. The way you were told by your friend someone will tell her. As your mom n sis correctly said, let her enjoy for now.
I'm planning to create a series of videos talking about all these doubts. You wait for those. For now, to answer your question, you need to wear a bra which has good fit. That will give good support. For activities like running or sports, you can wear high impact sports bra. Other times, non padded or lightly padded bra will be helpful.
The Thirst Of My Thoughts you must try before buying. As it is first time, trying is more important. Look for the one which will not move your breast while exercising. Try the ones which are in price range of 700-800.. try brands like Decathlon, enamour.. ask for running bras. They will have good support.
By petticoat do you mean a slip inside a kurta or dress? If yes, I would suggest getting one stitched according to your size. You need to go for lil loose fit.
Yes. Medium size may fit you. As your cup size is A, it may fit well on the band but might be lil loose on the bust. You need to try it on before finalising. If you are buying online, like any dress you buy try it on and see how it is fitting. Then go for other size if required. Check return policy before ordering.
Labina marak ok.. to start with, talk to her when she is in good mood. tell her this way...."I feel very uncomfortable when I wear clothes without anything inside. I'm unable to walk around people. There are starter bras which will be comfortable (show her some models from some brands. Do your research) Tell her, as a girl you need to start wearing bras someday and you feel it is time." Don't buy bras that are enhancing your body (there is a lot of time for those) but buy the ones which will make you feel comfortable (that's important right now) Hope this helps 😊
Labina marak ask for a T-shirt bra for starters. Shop ppl should know what to give you. There will be a bra style with removable pads(light thickness) that also will be good. Because the padding will cover the nipples. If you feel uncomfortable with the ad, you can remove in this style.
starter's bras will be in general size. there won't be 32c, 34b etc. visit the online stores and search for beginners bras. see what kind of measurement chart they are sharing. follow that to buy. Hope this helps 😊
Monika, you can wear slightly padded bra which will cover the nipples. Starters bras can also be used. Apart from self padded bra, you can look for the bras which have removable sponge inside the bra. As your mom says, you can wear loose clothes too.
It also depends on how grown you are. If you are healthy, you can start with regular cotton bra non wired, non padded or slightly padded. Don't go for fancy lacy bras yet. There is more time for those 😊
You're probably a 28D, I don't know honestly, I learnt from a video that if you - your band size from your cup size, then the result is your size or that's what I know at least. So 32-28= 4/D and your band size is 28 so it's 28D
@@rimee8602 no problem sis! I'm glad to help. Some people say you need add 4 to your band size to get your bra size which is kinda confusing so I'm not really sure about it.
@@rimee8602 it's probably not your size that's why, maybe go for a 34? You can measure yourself again in some Indian online shopping sites, bra sizes are different on different places
As a mother, knowing how to buy a beginner's bra for your growing daughter is very important. Watch the full video and you can look for some bras on Amazon: amzn.to/2EHFVtn
