Just followed your channel and stayed up most of the night listening to most of your content. Great information for first time buyers like me a my wife. We will be contacting you in oct or nov. Our house goes on the market at the beginning of August. We are looking for a condo to do STR. I am an accounting and finance major who agrees with you about using local finances and understand the ARM loans. Which condos should I pay attention to based on your finance guy you mentioned.
