Hi I'm buying a colt and i get to pick him up in august I've already seen him 3 times very friendly colt. One thing i have a question is that i wasnt able to ride for years because my mom got into a accident with a horse and grew to fear them but is getting better around them these past weeks ive been riding my grandmas mare to get a feel of things again and yes i know a foal to an adult horse is very different but what would you recommend for when i start getting ready to work on halters with him just plain getting him used to being handled.
