I am living in Japan for years and know the country in and out. You are giving half-baked information and stigmatizing people living on rent. There are serious reasons why Indians don't buy homes in Japan. You do not seem to have enough information or understanding about it. investing in houses in Japan is not a profitable decision and as there is abundant housing stock, resale is not easy.
