Today’s boot manufacturers all offer Low Volume (98mm) Mid Volume (100mm) and High Volume ( 102-104 mm) lasted shells. At certain price points boot liners and shells are heat moldable to conform to your feet. I been fitting boots since 1975. Many skiers are in boots at least one size larger than needed. I am a strong advocate of proper foot beds that support the heel and arch. For proper fitting boot helps transfer of energy to your skis. Never hesitate to ski your new boot then go back for adjustments. We sell service and proper fit. You can’t get that on the internet.

I have hardware in my ankle and currently using a K2 Mindbender 120 and I’m definitely feeling some pain. Is there a specific boot you recommend for someone in my situation? Needs to be BC capable. Thx in advance!
