For those who may not know yet: "Robinhood doesn't allow for the sale of fractional shares with limit orders." This is important as I thought I'd be able to use this feature of Robinhood to ease things for me. Not possible! Only if you buy the whole shares.☹

Finally, someone who know what he is talking about,I have made a few investments in individual companies, There are so many stocks going to rocket in the long run... right now safe to invest in an ETF that tracks the S&P500 and ride it out. I put $140k into some growth stocks with a Financial advisor/broker handling my portfolio... some of my picks are, NVR, LISP.SW, SEB , VOO,DOWJ, BRK-A, AAPL,IVV, NYSE, NASDAQ, TSLA, I've gotten 58% return so far this year , I'll see where it goes...fingers crossed😄

The app is downloading now. And im a beginner so far what ive read is that. This app is like a bank account. I select the amount that i want to have for example 1k. And i buy the stocks that i want and when im out of balance robinhood will say. Ohh time to put more money.
Trading as a beginner was very difficult due to lack on trading experience, this resulted in losing my funds though I've been able to recover all that I lost, all thanks to Mr Charles_forex09 at Instagram , i never knew good trader still existed till I come in touch with him.

Great video. On August 1 2020 I invested $1000. I split $500 between apple, fb, google, Microsoft, and Amazon. Then I put the other $500 on crypto currency, I split them between 7 differential cryptos, then I buy $1 of each stock per day. Now on September 1 2020 one month later I’m up 17%.
So just to make sure I make sense because I’m still confused on SELLING. For example let’s say I put in $50, I see that stock up $20 but came back down to where I started, $50. Do i sell at $50 or nothing to keep what I at least put in? I know I’m stupid you can go ahead and say it lol
It’s a gamble you could either hold and wait for the stock to either rise increasing your share or it could drop decreasing the value of your share the choice is up to you to hold or sell and it all depends on how you think the stock is going to do it could drop them rise significantly it could rise and drop again it’s all just a game that you have to determine how you want to play

Considered a bit like gambling only put in when you can afford to lose. I would also recommend investing in some substantial stocks like Amazon or Google and taking some risks on other stocks that you hope will go up. But always remember there's a risk.
I have been trading for about 6 months now and just about every trade backfires and slaps me in my face. Nearly impossible for me to catch more than a few points . I try to do top down analysis but it doesn't work for me . I say to myself, clearly I'm in the 90% that lose money, so I open a demo account, do my analysis, then take the opposite of what I would normally take and get the same result. I'm starting to feel hopeless, any advice for a struggling trader?
@Ray smith You're correct, I don't lose money every single trade, but my main problem is trying to let my runners run. Very rarely do I catch big moves . Instead they go a few pips in my direction, then go against me if when I try holding them. Also my entries could use a lot of improvement. A mentor would be amazing, but getting one is easier said than done. If it's not too much to ask, do you know any legit ones?

I got two questions. 1. If the P/E ratio is blank and the div/yield is blank and I invest, can I still make money? 2. Which one makes you money, the P/E ration or the DIV/YIELD? Which one should you look for profit
I invested $76 as a beginner and I didn’t know how to trade. I panicked and sold what I could and got $35 back. Lesson learned is just wait the business days then you can do it and don’t start so big until Yk what you are doing.

Let’s say you bought 2 shares in a company. At that time, it was going for $20 1 week later the stock increases to $25 When you sell the 2 shares @ market value will u be getting $50 back in your account? ** I just want to make sure i’m understanding this correctly
