The RPM is zero because the cable of instrument panel is disconnected. That needs to be repaired or need to change the whole instrument panel.

Car is free but insurance , parking and maintainece, is killing . And this car will not pass inspection, You claim you are rich and don’t have 50 dollars in pocket ?!! अजीब बात है, केनेडा का एक मजदूर एक दिन का 100.डोलर कमाया.और उसमेसे 50.डोलर की कार खरीदी और 50.डोलर भी बचे.अब भारत का मजदूर एक दिन का 100.₹ से ज्यादा कमाने के बावजूद ढंग का खाना नही खा सकता. ईसीलीए यहां के भारतीय जो जोर- जोर से चिल्लाते हैं,मेरा भारत महान,सारे जहाँ से अच्छा हिंदुस्तान हमारा वो लोग ईसी कारण देश छोड़कर भाग रहें हैं.
