You can switch to 175/70/13 . It will have more road clearance and wider grip. Softness of tyres is self created. Every tyre mentions the construction of tyres i.e how many steel belts, polyester and nylon is on the tread area, however every tyre has only one polyester on its sidewall. Moreover, our road conditions are not suitable for softer tyres. Foreign object or nail penetrates occur easily in softer tread areas. By tread i mean the road contact area Hope you got the answer Lastly, if you have purchased a Date Tampered Tyres, irrespective of the brand, you will have a hard feel.

Sorry for late response Since road clearance is low in 175/65/15 so its better to switch to 185/65/15 Switching from 175/65/15 to 185/65/15 makes not much difference. It will improve the road clearance of your car. General Tyres does not produce this size, so you have to opt for any imported tyre

You need to have all four tyres of same size. 155/65/13 or 165/65/13 are equally good. In 165/65/13 you will have better road clearance However, it is always recommended that all four tyres should be changed at the same time. If you have financial issues and you intend to change two tyres at the moment and in next two to three months you change the remaining two, no harm in it. Install two new tyres at front wheels

Dear brother, please bear in mind that the purpose to increase Air pressure in tyres ( particularly on Motorways) is to lessen the road contact of tyres from the road and avoid heat generation. Heat is the biggest enemy of tyres. When two to four PSI ( air pressure is increased, the shoulders of tyres have less road contact which avoids road resistance. And heat generation You will notice that under normal conditions, both air pressure and temperature of front tyres is comparatively higher than the Rear tyres If you still disagree with my point of view, you can go to Google and you will get the answer. If it is your personal experience, better change that and if someone else told you about it, sorry to say he is totally wrong.
