Hi Moni Please plase advise. When Im using Chrome with many websites my speaking score is very low and not logical while using Microsoft Explorer the score seems to be logical, what software is the real exam using. Please please advise.

Hi Moni, I purchased the pte scored mock tests however I am having issues with regard to speaking module. Although I see it's perfectly working and sound bars are working fine, my speaking score at the end comes out to be 10 which is almost impossible given that I attended several mock tests including magic pte one and e2language and speaking scores were great. It happened twice, do you think there is a setting or an issue with the Speaking AI. I emailed to PTE but no response received :(

Hi, Miss I saw the button save and exit while I did my Scored Practice exam, if I pressed on it how long can it hold? how long does the pause take? what if I accidentally close my computer or something happened in the middle of my test, is that mean I have to purchase a new one? thanks

I purchased the practice package (which includes the 4 PTE test) from this site on Saturday but after a 5-day delay, I don't receive any emails or voucher code. I chat with Pearson's staff more than 3times a day, but they don't solve my problem. I have a successful payment with an order number and the PTE doesn't respond. Pls, help me if you know what I can do and why this problem happened to me. I want to take a PTE exam 2 months later and this problem is bad sounds to me and brings me stress and anxiety about the problems that could happen in the real exam because I found the PTE staffs are irresponsible, and I have an awful experience.

Sadly there is no solution, legally its your fault it is counted as technical issues so its not possible to redeem

@@talarjabar1063I got it after a week. I contacted support through the online form they have for practice test specifically. Fill it out and let them know that it has been more than 48 hours and you haven’t received your tests. I submitted multiple forms and contacted them multiple times and finally I got my tests.
