Kansa vati(cup) is used to remove body heat by applying oil under the feet & rubbing it with the Kansa vati.best apply kailash jeevan cream under the feet.the vati becomes black after the treatment.

Just to add don't use iduki lift with a cloth. When heat is there it will change shape if iduki is used.

Hi chitra everything is fine with your cooking but one thing is missing. Let me say that makkalka Chetty is good but as of now it is good to use but at the same time think the cost of cooking medium which is the gas you teach good recipes but at the same time think of an other fuel than gas which would be economical for the people to try just a suggestion sorry if I have hurt you
