Thousands of dollars worth of music purchases and cherished personal photos and videos, now locked behind a stupid 2FA I can’t get past, and that I didn’t even turn on manually in the first place. 😡😡😡 You’d think the all-mighty Apple would’ve thought of this scenario and would have a system in place considering I can verify literally any other detail linked to my account. 😡😡😡😡😡

@@9to5iOS hi thanks for replying. i will give you whole situation so might understand me better. okay, i want to sign in my apple id to my new iphone (i remember the apple id and password) but it sent the verification code to my old iphone which is already broken. i cant switch on the phone anymore. but i also cant use the option to send verification code through phone number, because the phone number was inactive. how do i change my previous number when i cant even sign in to apple id or get any email to the address. its all because my old iphone is broken and i dont use previous phone number anymore. :(
