@@agmo007 also fair warning, while I did get it to “work”, it was basically still a brick. Could not transfer and music, could not download apps, couldn’t really do anything.

@@techitout4710 Yeah, the home button isn't working very well, but others working well. I entered DFU mode only once (checked by u3tools). Use redsp0n to enter pwned DFU. Failed in iDeviceRestore (iPhone 3, 1). The iphone4 now isn't working (any button not functioning).

@@Xavierzonn I tested it, and it doesn't work. There isn't any boot exploit to flash the modified file without errors. It can't be flashed with iTunes or 3uTools
Yo quick question, after bypassing, I just bypassed so I’m on 6.1.3, can I connect my iPhone 4 to wifi and use it after bypassing ? I heard some people say that it would lock itself if connected to wifi
@@techitout4710 When you jailbreak into the iPhone are you deleting everything on the iPhone in the process? Because I am trying to get into my old iPhone and gain access to old phone numbers and photos on my old iphone from college.
You may have to make it executable. I believe the command is chmod 777 then drag the executable file. I need to look for sure but I think that’s the command it’s been a while haha
@@techitout4710 bro please do it soon. i have an iphone 4 thats still stuck at an activation lock, i tried following this video but its so hard to do bcz im on a windows 7 computer. i got lost at where you opened the terminal. on my windows 7 computer i cant do that.
-ADVICE- I tried on windows and it does not work anymore. If u don't have a Mac u can still create a virtual machine with VMWare and an old mac os version like Catalina to do like him in the video this will prevent you from searching for too long.
Did you put the device in pwndfu mode? Also did you use the idevicerestore from my website? I have had issues with other versions similar to of idevicerestore
Hey kid. Good job but try explaining what your talking about. Imagine you don't know jack shit about tech and how you would like it explained. I missed half of what you said because I had no idea what it meant.
