Might take a few tries to get the length correct but you can also put an extender between the O2 sensor and exhaust pipe and on some cars if you have a 420 but no 430 then u can jump the signal from the good bank to the bad so the ecu reads the good

Yes, that works on a Prius, however in California, they may ask you to get a smog test at a Star station, where they may use a mirror to visually inspect the rear oxygen sensor. They will fail the smog test if they see this 1/2 inch pipe extension on the rear O2 sensor. I didn't know someone inserted this, and my 2008 Prius recently failed because of this modification.

This one is a simple one, you have a wide band oxygen sensor (широкополосный). This fix won't help you.

@pauljanssen7594 you are correct, the 1 megaohm resistor may work for a removed cat but a bad cat can still be working a little bit so it's best to start with something like a 220k(.220meg) or 470k resistor and check the live data voltage to see how it has changed from the initial reading and then adjust up or down to try to achieve a 5v nominal reading. you really have to have a scanner with live data to make this work.

try this...fix your car the right way..not the paki's way..short cut never work well and in the long turm will hurt your engine

If you disconnect the battery negative before doing this mod, you won't hurt anything.

keep your toyota stock it will work better and get better fuel economy. also note how many asian and Indian cities have filthy air these BS mods make polution and health problems worse . also quit smoking,
