Thank you for this video. I just bought this phone, did an update in my Google account for recovery, and it (Google/Android) caused me to be locked out. This worked out perfectly.
My 1iii blink and won't turn on after taking some pictures. I press and hold the power button and volume up button at the same time( yes , volume up button) for 3-5 seconds until you feel the phone vibrates two times and you will see the green light is flashing. Then release all the buttons. Now you can turn it on by press and hold the power button. It works for me. Good luck.
i tried this method but it doesn't work, when i released a volume down button my phone is going to on without menu "Android recovery" appear(i thinks my volume button was broken) what should i do bro? any another methods to remove Pattern lock?
How do you enter this recovery mode on the original Sony Xperia 1(2019 model) also known as the Mark i? Volume down and power just constantly shows Sony screen and loops that one screen over and over. Volume up and power just vibrates the phone every 30 seconds. Nothing appears on the screen. Please help, thanks in advance.
@@JrChildish Hey I managed to fix it in the end. I have to connect my phone to laptop and reset the phone using the Sony Xperia Companion Application. Make sure you are using a data transfer usb cable. It will reset your phone straight away once you've completed the instructions from the application. It's the only way to hard reset the first Model of the Sony Xperia 1.
