Sir, what about the initial investment (FIXED CAPITAL like Room security, decoration, furniture and fixtures, etc). If initial investment on these category comes to 30 Lakhs. Then you need to take these too into account. Iske liye bhi minimum ek percentage pakarna padega, minimum 12% if own capital. And 18% per anumn if bank loan. Whats your take on this?

Initial investment like equipments,furniture etc. Will come on ebitda - depreciation and amortization category. Here we are talking about minimum sale to run the store so that you do not have to pay from your pocket.

Jab bhi koi new restaurant khulta hai to break-even nikala jata hai ki humen daily basis pe kitni sale karna padega taki restaurant ke sare expenses ko pay kar saken. Jeb se na lagana pade. That is called break-even sale I hope you understand now

Yes sir you are right. lekin restaurant to restaurant vary karta hai fixed cost and variable cost, aapke restaurant ka fixed cost kisi ke restaurant ka variable cost ban jata hai depend karta hai cuision to cuison for example aapke restaurant ki salary fixed cost hai but ek Indian restaurant hai jo party book karta hai or maximum sale party se aata hai or unhone part timers outsource kar rakha hai jab jab party hogi ladke bula leta hai, party nhi hai to instore staff Limited hai to inka labour cost variable cost ban jayega, agar party jyada hui to labour cost badh jayega.
