Design ground floor and first floor plan of a typical unit of row house on land size of 22 x 17 m plot area with longer side abutting the road side of 12m width. Challenges: There should be atleast 1 drawing room, 2 master bedroom, 1 common attached W/C, and kitchen area cum store area,family lounge and balcony onfirst floor facing the road and parking area. Assume built up area as 50% and FSI as 1.2 pls give me starting solution

760 sq ft mei se 10 percent calculate karlo.. Matlab 760 ka 10 percent 76 ho jata hai toh 76 sq ft ka apka brick work wall ye vo sb hai voh 10 percent mei
