Please review the Formula for the % change need to be corrected. =(y2 - y1) / y1= your percentage change (where y1=first value and y2=second value)

I can’t find what I need please help. I have a commission structure based off percentage of sales, 1% at 5,000, 2% at 7,500 and 3% at 15,000, I need a cell to work this out based on the total cell. Can anyone help?
