Thanks for making this. We're in the midst of purchasing a laundromat , The asking price is 620k The net income the sellers are reporting back to us is claimed to be around 100k a year. Do I need to factor In debt service interst rates somehow if so how, when calculating. Or is that irrelevant becuz we aren't considering debt service. Thank you
