Shuttering is an arrangement done for vertical surfaces to support the wet concrete till it attains the desired strength. Shuttering is a part of formwork. Beam shuttering measurement units are square feet or sqm. So what you need is length and beam depth. If they done shuttering for bottom then it will be the same like ceiling beams. If not then only take the length of the beam and depth of the beam, and they prepared for two sides of the beam . So one side length × one side depth × 2 nos will give the total shuttering area of the beams.
Thus shuttering area of beam = span × depth × 2
