Excel has a function which allows you to calculate the number of work days between two dates.
This can be particularly useful for Human Resources professionals that need to calculate how many days staff have worked or will be working between two specific dates.

In this work days calculation, the first day was not counted ......Why ?????

You can easlily calculate =(End date -- Start Date)+1 This is accurate result
