hi TC what if my rear camera is not in the center of the car . shld i still use the center of the car or the location of the camera as guide to measure 80cm left n 80cm right each side ?
Could you please show me the position of the side cameras in your side mirrors, where you actually did the holes? What position would be better, close to the car, in the middle of the mirror or in the corner? I'm trying to understand how to position the side cameras. If you have some installation guide for the 360 cameras would be great
Yes you can. You can access the cable from the driver side fender. You will need to remove/loosen the fender cover and reach in to pull the release cable.
Thanks for the video. I have the same settings as you do but I have 8 calibration points for each camera. Do you know where the 4 extra points should be placed on each camera to calibrate? Also mine came without any instructions so is there anywhere I can get a newer firmware?
Man... i wish i could help you but i am not sure why yours has 8 calibration points. Hit me up on FB (TC's Anything Goes) and send me a pic of the calibration screen. Let me see if i can figure it out.
For this type, I think the calibration boxes should be at the corners of the vehicle. So for example when you calibrate the front camera, the box on the right will be the same box for the RHS camera's front side. Every box will be used twice during the calibration.
What car are you driving? There are players with 360 function built in nowadays. This video is an older model whereby the 360 module is independent and can work as long as you have a video input on your player.
Thanks for answering. I have a Getz Hyundai. wo Radio comes with the 360 integrated module. and there is no alternative to choose the car which is a haback. and the calibration is the same?
I install Bird Eyes Camera in my Car, it can view 4 angle , Yesterday i have a car accident , I need to get the Video recorded as a proof of court case, But the file is in 264 format, when play in my car device i can see 4 screen, Front, Right, Left and Rear, But when play in PC I only can see the Front Screen, I need to view the back screen as evidence to court, and also convert to a playable video to present to the police and court, I have search few hours in google and I still fail to open the Back camera file, Can you help and guide me?
i might need some time to get back to you on this. In my unit, i did not put in a memory card hence there is no recording. But a quick idea is to play the video from your car and record it either: - using your phone camera - download an app to record your player screen (if its on android)

Sebab bile hantar kedai & bagi orang lain buat, bayar upah. Tapi hasil kerja tak menepati specs DIYer. Bukan sebab cerewet... Tapi mostly typical pekerja kedai or owner sendiri (tak kisah la workshop or kedai accessory kereta). Selalu buat tak sepenuh hati, asal boleh je. Sebab apa, sebab mereka fikir... Alah bukan kereta aku... Ni punca nya lahir ramai DIYer, driven by self interest & as well sebab tak puas hati dengan hasil kerja orang lain. Tapi ada sahaja yang OK tapi tak banyak.
dlu masa nk pasang bwk pg kedai ada yg minta rm300. pastu ada kedai mcm nak x nak je pasang. last2 pasang sendiri. siap beli lg kain utk calibrate. rm80 jgk rasa. memang puas hati bila buat sendiri dr A - Z.

Do you have a usb hooked up to the usb port? If the usb is plugged ,then you need to go to settings find usb and click "format". Then the unit will find the usb and will record. Check for obvious things like if the usb port is actually plugged to the unit. If none worked then most likely you have a defective unit.

L'ho fatto collegando uno splitter RCA a Y in modo che la mia uscita dal dispositivo diventi due. Uno va all'ingresso inverso, un altro va all'ingresso AUX del lettore. Quindi ogni volta che voglio vedere il video senza andare al contrario, passo semplicemente ad AUX In I did it by connecting a RCA Y splitter so my output from the device becomes two. One goes to the reverse input another goes to the AUX input on the player. So whenever I want to see the video without going into reverse, i just switch to AUX In
The system acts strange alot if the times. To get to menu you should be able to do that by clicking (ok) button. However since this system is not perfect try to click (power) then (ok) buttons then do it again..and again until it goes to menu. Mine always works after i click on both buttons twice.
There should a good instruction manual should come along with all the device while purchasing, Becuase Shop keepers sell the product and has zero knowledge in installing properly and they calibrate disgustingly and they try to say this all what they can do to us.
If the seller does not know how to calibrate their own system..... i would ask them for a hefty discount. They should have gotten training on how to calibrate it from their supplier. But some shops really is just giving excuses.
