Thank you soo much for this wonderful video. I came to know about many new things from this video. One request, if you please make videos in English then it will be more helpful and easy for us. Thank you once again.🙏🙏🙏
Nice video brad. Pareho tayo model ng kabayo.Glad to see you vblogging this. By the way antayin ko ibang videos mo like re-timing of fuel injection. God bless & safe sailing.
Slamat brother.
Also please reply, if oil is leaking from the case nut thread area And in second case oil coming from spring guide area, from near the pressure adjusting nut area. Thanks in advance.
I personally would not use re-cond nozzles. My reasoning are as follows 1) How did you know if the nozzles are indeed reconditioned, if so, did anyone visit or audit the workshop doing the recond ? 2) Time between overhaul is about 3000hr. If you have 900rpm engine, how many times nozzle have been opening and closing ? 3) What is the cost of new nozzle vs cost of recondition ? 4) What are the cost of operation if nozzle are found faulty ? ie Manpower cost for replacement before maintenance, fouling on turbocharger, Port fines if black smoke is found, etc Therefore I would not recommend using recond nozzle on 4 stroke small bore medium speed engine. However on 2 stroke engine its different due to cost of new injector nozzle is very very expensive. You know what I meant. cost vs benefits
@@garyvoz4893 Injection Timing for each cylinder can be found inside factory test or shop test records. On the engine body there is also a name plate which indicate the range of injection time bTDC for example 12 to 20 deg bTDC. We are able to adjust timing within these ranges. Any thing beyond will violate NOx regulation, if found by Port State Controller , vessel maybe detain. For injector opening pressure its found inside Ops manual. For N18 remember to test injector every 1500hr and to replace nozzle after 2500-3000hr. Hope that answers. Cheers 😀
Slamat again God bless keep safe
Kapag po ba nag seset ng pressure, one at a time lang or sunod sunod?
Brother marami reasons bakit umousok.. Sa quality and proper temperature ng bunker, sa nozzle mo sobra2 na sa running hours and proper calibration, maintenance mo sa cylinder Head, Piston. for others reason and remedies brother I just read the manual or consult the maker. Mahirap na kasi para makasigurado lang po. Slamat for the question.
