Calming anxious or intrusive thoughts is a skill set in itself and using the cognitive defusion technique which I share in this video is a powerful way to deal with them and stop the worrying and over thinking.
I have been helping others live a life beyond anxiety for the last 15 years as a therapist in NHS mental health therapist and coach. Having overcome it myself I understand how scary it is when you don’t know how to live a life beyond anxiety through the beyond anxiety method.

Distancing from the thought felt like I was looking in on it as an observer rather than it being all consuming
