I had dispute with partner in llp, and gst number got cancelled by suo moto. There is no support or cooperation available from partner. I do not have any access to gst details of old disputed llp company. Now for new gst number of pvt ltd company with father, gst officer has raised objection for giving new gst number. What should i do? Do i have to remove my name as one of the director?

maine apna properietorship firm ka gst cancel ka request diya thha and gst officer ne query raise ki aur maine wo bhi file kar di ab now wo still pending from officer for cancellation and 6 month over but not progress and I also wrote them on email but not respond. please advise. kya kar sakta hu

Sir mai gst cancellation form fill kara hai then 19-2 ko then maina 20-1 sa form(1 month) pehela ka form fill Kiya tha thne aabhi notice aa rha hai Feburary ki gst fill karna ka aab Mai kya karu mujha fill karna pa penalties Deni hogi ya fill karna jaruri nahi hai
