Aoa, I would like to ask for a legal opinion before getting into the litigation. If a shop is acquired on rent with the additional payment of pagri / security deposit and the shop remained under the occupation of the tenant for almost 30 years. Now, the owner intends to get the premises. The tenant paid 20000 at that time. So what amount is to be refunded after 30 years. Will it be 20000 or some revised sum ?

If father purchases a plot from his income/salary/pension funds and also constructs house on it. Other children were not aware of this. This was done in 42 years back. Then when I came to know that the house has been given to one son, we have been demanding from out mother to advise the son who had been made owner of the house, but not yet done. Can 4 sisters and one son out of 6 children now file a case for possesion of the house by the other heirs.
My maternal uncle Abdul Qaytum (Late) was issueless and he has his own property and his better half died before him and entire property has been unlawfully and illegally confiscated by my maternal uncle namely Muhammad Nasaer Ahmed (Late )who had been deprived his sisters through making Fake Succession Certificate and he died in 2010. My mother is only alive and rest of brothers and sisters have expired. What should I do now plz guide me?

باپ نے اپنی زندگی میں ہی دونوں بیٹوں کے نام ساری جائیداد کر دی تھی اس ٹائم بہنیں بھی راضی تھی دونوں بھائیوں میں سے ایک کی اولاد ہوئی اور ایک کی نہیں ہوئی جس کی اولاد نہیں ہوئی اس نے اپنے بھائی کے اوپر پریشر ڈالا کہ اپنے بچوں کی شادیاں کرو بہنوں کےبچوں سے ۔ بھائی کی بات نہ ماننے پر بہنوں کے ساتھ مل کے اس نے اپنے اوپر بھی اور اپنے بھائی کے اوپر بھی کیس کروا دیا کہ بہنوں کو پراپرٹی سے محروم رکھا گیا ہے زمین انتقال کیے ہوئے 30 سال ہو گئے ہیں جبکہ ان میں سے ایک بہن نے اپنے بھائی سے 16 کنال حبہ لی ہوئی ہے بطور گفٹ جس پر کیس کیا ہو ہے ۔۔۔انتقال کے بعد والد صاحب زندہ تھے تب بھی بھائیوں نے زمین بیچی اور ان کے جانے کے بعد بھی زمین بھیجتے رہے تب بہنوں نے کچھ نہیں کہا..۔انتقال کے بعد والد صاحب 10 سال زندہ رھے ۔۔۔۔کیا زمین کا انتقال ٹوٹ سکتا ہے؟ اگر ٹو ٹا تو کتنا ٹائم لگے گا ؟
