How to Cancel Plenty of Fish Subscription (Android) ! 

I have a pof subscription which I'm trying to cancel but it's not on the Google Play list of subscriptions. Why is this? How do I cancel it?

I'm not subscribed, and they are still pulling money!! I'm getting fraud alert calls from my bank. Apparently they still pull money after you candy

What to do if the pof app is not theare. It only shows other apps. Why it doesn't show the pof app,only the other apps. How do I add pof app in theare also? I can't login to pof app .any more, pof won't tell me my username. Please give me some advice what to do.

This should be reported this site ...even on Utube how to cancel subscription has been jammed. does not show you the complete way to cancel. I have done phone, computer, laptop and still cant cancel ...any other suggestion? I've emailed them at least 5 times and they are stalling me with all the lame excuses.... This is BS! I have a subscription and it is not in my subscription section of my Google play. I have other subscriptions but this one is not in it. It says you need a laptop of desk top to cancel!! This info is useless.
