Your first pilea peperomioides video helped me revive the poor little, overwatered ,sad looking plant I bought off the Lowe's clearance shelf. It had 2 plants with 5 good leaves between them. Both are 4 times bigger and full of leaves. And the taco test works on alot of houseplants, so thank you for that too!!

I started my houseplant collection because of you. My first plants being golden pothos, Hoya australis and scindapsus pictus argyraeus. From watching your videos and u saying they were fast growers. Going on almost two years now I have over 78 plants am obsessed with plants and have never been so happy and positive about life. I love my plants and I watch your videos all the time still especially when I’m repotting I’ll play your videos in the background or I’ll go back to a video to relearn something. I love Chinese-evergreens and Hoyas😫. You, planterina and harli g have showed exactly how beautiful plants are! Always supporting you!

I’ve always had a few houseplants but it hasn’t been until the last couple of years that I’ve added a lot to my collection (who knew there were so many varieties of snake plant?!). I have my first pilea, and she’s doing okay but I cannot wait to watch her grow. And my cat was sitting in front of my keyboard while I was watching this, so I get it!

I 💚 the pot you have it in. I think the plant prefers ceramic and plastic over terracotta. I’ve had mine for a couple years and we’re still working on it…yours is adorable 💚🪴

And this episode with special guest star Muffin! Im jealous! I had one of these plants. I tried less water, more water, less light, more light, more humidity and it punished me by dropping all of its leaves. 95% of the plant died. I took the other 5% and now I’m trying to water propagate it. We will see what happens, but I’m still upset…. 😢

I appreciate you mentioning the taco test from time to time because I forget about that test. I have killed about 3 of these. I’m strange because when I can’t keep a plant alive, I continue to buy them until I keep them alive ! Lol. Currently I have four big beautiful pilea at my home now.

I bought one from Menard's a couple months ago and the plastic info tag has "Water: Daily" for the requirements! Glad I haven't stuck to that. Yours is a nice overall round shape, hopefully mine looks like that soon! That cat is so sweet, just leave her be in all the vids 💕 Thanks for your explanations, I always learn something from you!

My leaves dropped but ever since, have kinda slowed in producing more leaves, this video is helpful. Thank you. And yes, Muffin is definitely needing attention. It is a very important part of your family as Pumpkin is to ours.

My four Pilea Peperomioides were suffering from a lack of water - I just got a reminder to water them, so while watching they got some much-needed water. One of them will get a new home, it was suffering, where it lived.

Thank you for this video, my plant has started dropping leaves so I will be moving it to a sunnier spot! Would you be able to do a help tip video on the Calathea Medallion plant? I've got one that thrived in the summer months but isn't doing so well in the winter!

I have been binge watching you videos all day. lol Love your content very informative. Muffin made me subscribe. lol I have a black catto too. I would love a video on beautiful houseplants that aren't toxic to cattos or fur babies for everyone else or any tips you have to keep them away from the toxic houseplants if you were to have them.

I am very much a beginner, I live in freezing cold Canada and I have had this plant since September of last year. He sits in north facing window with a good view of the sky. I let him dry out to drooping and dry enough to pull the whole thing out of the pot and that's when I water. Then he perks right up!. It has grown over twice the size since I've gotten it, and growing many babies. Easiest plant I've ever had. He's my fave.

Would you be able to tell why my Pilea peperomioides is dropping the lower leaves and the new leaves are growing in curved (almost like the top half of a Pokémon ball)? I’m assuming she needs more light, but that didn’t seem to help either when I tried it for a while before…

Hi Muffin!!! 🥰🥰🥰 I actually had two of these plants and gave one to my son’s girlfriend. What I’m confused about with mine, is that the leaves curl the opposite direction of yours. Like, your leaves cup upwards, mine are cupped down. I hope that makes sense. Does that mean anything? I only water it about every two weeks and it’s in a southeast window. I’d appreciate any advice! I just bought a pilea yesterday and it looks like a Chinese money plant at price chopper while waiting for my appointment to get my haircut it was only 3.99

I was gifted a baby a couple of months ago..I kept it outside in full sunlight and it didn't really thrive. No new leaves, kind of yellowed. I finally brought it in when the temps dropped, and I also noticed the soil would dry out super fast, maybe too fast so I transplanted it with new soil. Still no growth after about 3 months until very recently it squeezed out a couple of leaves. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for the video. my plant is losing its lower leaves and has a baby about 2 inches tall. So I separate them?? I have them in a plastic pot and then a terracotta to hold them in. I'm going to move her closer to the window it's a north window.

My Pilea is NEEDY! It is directly under a bright grow light and in a self wicking pot because it’s a THIRSTY plant! The leaves are the size of my hand though so I think I’m doing something right 😅

I need this video. Lol mine is growing and making babies but also keeps loosing leaves and the leaves are hardining off weird they aren't flat they are cupped like little umbrellas.

I had spider mites on a ufo plant, it was so hard to get rid of them.

I keep performing the taco test on mine, but it feels like its...always pliable. Even when the moisture meter says it's still in the damp range. (I'm going to repot it in case the issue is the soil.)

I've had 4 Pilea Peperomiodes , all bought this year, all dead now. I love them but maybe not suited to my too warm house in the Caribbean??? Don't know.
