I would have killed for a video like this 3 years ago when I started carving. Took me forever to figure out my $$$ bear. Thanks for being willing to share your knowledge!
Nice video and technique. I just bought my first chainsaw and have a bunch of logs. I used to carve stone but that can take a lot of equipment. Really inspired to get into the wood. Thanks! Blessings to you Ryan!
Always a joy to watch you work... It may not be stone..but you're a Michelangelo of tree stumps..👍😉... Your shaman friend will be pleased to know his bear has already endured "trial by fire"... Have a wonderful day..see ya in the next video...🌿🌿🌿
Great video. I'm working on trying to carve one like this. I'm getting there...but very slowly! Amazing how fast you do this. Maybe after I do 150 of them I'll get better? Hope so! Thanks for the vids! 👍👍
I remember the SawDog's episode where you did your first bear. Just discovered you again a couple days ago, as I am going to try chainsaw carving for the first time....WOW you have come so far from that first bear!!! Great work Dude! You're a talent for sure!
Ryan, can you tell me what the bit is? You use to make the eyeballs and the nostrils. And the toenails and fingernai would appreciate it. You're a great guy then watching it for a long time thank you
Hi Ryan. Great job the bear looks awesome. Thank for the tips. You got me started chainsaw carving. Have you ever done a beaver? Thanks again and have a great day.
Who sells ,the echo CS 2511 WEX 1/4 pitch sprocket with 8” carving bar ? Or do you have to buy separate and get saw shop to change the 3/8 “ to 1/4 pitch 050 ?
Love your vids and work Ryan..great stuff...QUESTION...how many bears have you mauled ( pun intended lol) and train wrecked before you started getting the hang of it and doing them " correctly" . Thanks
