Hi great advice. On your mix regarding the boilies do u crush them up in korda crusher so some small big bits etc Or do u liquidise them up soo very fine Cheers??
You hold the barbel to high in the air and the barbel must be resting . Because he fighting a lot in the water and must be resting in the net. Afhter 5min than barbel can go back in the swim, than he is fit again. But nice catch over there.
Re "You hold the barbel to high in the air" - it was held above water, wasn't it. Re " the barbel must be resting" -fish must be returned to the water as quick as possible when water/air is warm; also in this case slack/dead/not oxygenated water was only available nearby and there was no point to rest the fish there. Thanks.
I argue with my brother about this everytime, because breaking the carp rods especially ,takes time ,but protects the rods ,reels, but especially THE LINE.,and he doesn t have the patience. Just yeasterday we had a few line fractures, due to line damage occuring due to transport injury. I would break them everytime, and make new knots . The feeder rods, personally,i would not brake them(because they have a smaller transport lenght than 2 pieces carp rods),but hold the pieces toghether with elastic bands, and covering the reels with some towels . Just my 2 cents... Edit: Just before reading your comment,i was looking for a car top case for fishing rods. It solves all our problems, the cons are much higher fuel consumption ,and road safety regulations,if you have a shorter car ,for example.
Yes, fish must be returned to the water as quick as possible when water/air is warm; also in this case slack/dead/not oxygenated water was only available nearby and there was no point to rest the fish there.
