Bud, if you tilt and shake the pan like you do a wok, they'll turn nicely. Normally if something's cooked enough, it's loose from the bottom. You'll evenly cook that squid. And yes, my mouth is watering 🤣. I'm sure you enjoyed eating your catch.

Im in SA squid are abundance here as well at times. Good show m8 but you forgot to add lemon and salt with pepper to your cooked squid .You will find it taste more scrumptious with all three ingredients .Try it next time .:) Happy fishing ....

Interesting video; very different from squid jigging here in cold waters you need a dry suit to go in. I wonder if the gas stove, frying pan, and big jars of flour took up so much room on the bike there wasn't any left for a fork, small spatula, set of chopsticks, etc for doing the cooking with instead of sticks laying on the ground? Anyways, great way to spend a day at the seaside. Thanks for sharing.

Its so refreshing to see a bloke catch and then eat his catch instead of releasing. And you kill simply and humanely. And you are young bloke too!...who cooks too! I agree with another comnent...you forgot the salt & lemon. Another trick..if you premix half corn/riceflour with your flour it will help the batter to become lighter & slightly crunchy! Top stuff fella and keep on enjoying the ocean & outdoors.

It'll all fine cutting with fingers sprawled out until you slip because its wet or you're overly tired, then suddenly you're missing the tip of your finger. If you use the most distant knuckle of your left fingers as a 'wall' your knife will never reach your tips.
