you can't buy specific baits, you can catch bait crates and purchase bait crates. I'd say dont worry about baits if you're still new. They aren't needed unless you are going after mythic fish
idk why, but i just fishing 20 fish in the snow island to find the red drum for the quest, and i get it with no baits, and it not hard like i see in the video, it 938kg
