The Spawn anywhere and on any horse breed! They are very rare!
My method: My method is staying in one spot where a couple horses spawn and keep catching those horses until a horse with a possible wing mutation spawns (since a new horse spawns in the location you catch one at)
Equus location:
Swamp and cherry blossoms, they spawn commonly, you can use any lasso, can also feed them 20 food
